Tier 2

Mid-sized businesses with multiple contractors or employees, multiple owners, or complex contract needs.
Up to 15 contract or document reviews per month.
4 contract negotiations
3 consults per week on any legal question related to the business.
Annual business review and checkup.
Review and editing or creation of language for invoices, a standardized service or sales contract. Annual instruction on how to use standardized business documents.
Tier 3
$7,000/month
Large, sophisticated businesses with regular legal needs, larger contracts, or regular dispute resolution needs.
Up to 30 contract or document reviews per month.
Unlimited consults on legal questions related to the business.
Up to 12 contract negotiations per month.
